Kidding aside, GreyDuck said it best. I guess there are actually some of us out there who actually like strong female leads. I enjoy seeing dudes kick major ass as much as the next guy, but it's a nice change to see a girl kick some major butt once in a while too. Personally, I'm a little tired of seeing the same old man-dependent / "weak" / "emotional" / useless female characters, so I'm all for more Lina Inverse's and Hazumi Jinno's (and Ravi's from Black Lagoon). BTW, I saw Combustible Campus Guardress a while back as well and loved it. IIRC, it was such a stupid yet funny show.
