@Lysander: For animation mistakes like Tomoyo's hair ribbon, I generally don't notice those too much except for when I go through the series frame-by-frame (for making AMVs, and some of the animation shortcuts are truly bizarre), or when checking through the screenshots.

For stuff like Kero-chan's phone adventures, though, those kind of jump out at me and make me go "wait, <i>what</i>", and I have to take a screenshot of it just to point it out. And I've always had a side hobby of pointing out the various physical improbabilities of the Clow Cards, like the gleam of light off the Shadow.

And you have no idea how hard it is to limit myself to the screenshots which tell the story, but sadly don't have Tomoyo. This episode I had to cut it down from sixty-six screenshots, and every time I discarded one of Tomoyo, I stared at it for as long as I could, fixing it in my memory. Because it's <i>Tomoyo</i>.

I don't know if it's due to being inattentive or willfully ignoring the things that don't fit with what I believe Things Should Be Like, but I don't notice half of these details you mention in your posts even after having watched CCS over half a dozen times. For instance, Kero being able to hear/speak on the phone when the phone is just as big as he is, the Mist card only selectively corroding things, Touya's ribbon changing colours, etc... Maybe it's because only once while watching the series did I choose to forgo the subtitles, I don't know. Anyways, another beautiful episode review, and only seven out of twenty-two images had Tomoyo in them this time (and two of those seven were Coincidental); is it hard limiting yourself like this? ^_^

I found a magnifying glass the other day and I held it and a piece of paper under the sun— trying to light a fire. My dad came up and asked me, “What are you doing? Trying to light a fire? When will you grow up?”
My friends at school ask me, “Do you still watch cartoons? Why? They are for kids! When will you grow up?”
My mom asks me, “What are you doing? Downloading animé wallpapers? When will you grow up?”
When I told my parents a couple of weeks back that I had had a dream about playing Quidditch, they said, “Do you still dream about flying? When will you grow up?”
I want to tell these people that if growing up means not watching animé, then I don’t want to grow up. If growing up means losing your innocence then I won’t grow up. If growing up means losing your sense of wonder at the beauty of nature then I’LL NEVER GROW UP. I love these things. I don’t want to forget them. And surely growing up DOES NOT MEAN forgetting the things you once loved.
P.S— I’ll understand if this comment is deleted for being WAY off-topic.

Yay!!!!!!!! Another CCS summary!! Thanks a lot!! I was just about to tell you to post a bit more often but then I ran into this!!! ^_^
P.S— I’ve just realised that I only have an extremely vague understanding of the word “Otaku”. Wait……. I know! It’s something to do with Japan… and animé…and cute girls……. Am I going in the right direction? Am I? Am I? ^_^
