Haruhiphone.

Those who know me in Real Life would probably remember that my own cellphone ringtone is, in fact, also "Koi no Mikuru Densetsu" from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

It actually works kind of well, since I generally pick up the phone soon after the first line of Mikurun-run, and thus have the song running through my head when I answer, leading to a sort of manic cheerfulness in my tone of voice.

It has scared more than a few people.

(I also have a Haruhi wallpaper for my cellphone. But that's another story.)

As well it should. Almost as much as "I have a cunning plan…".

Mines may be worse with my ring tone being Motteke! Sailor Fuku :P

koi no mikuru densetsu is actually a good ring tone.. i use it as well… it's loud and i also tend to pick it up after the first line as not to freak those around me out… XD

No one has WA WA WA WASUREMONO as a ringtone? ):

@Kalium: I'm not the one with the cunning plans. (Thankfully.)

@Shadro: The first few lines of "Motteke! Sailor Fuku" are pretty much just a rap, which I suppose is different enough to be distinctive. I suppose the manic cheerfulness can also be achieved with "I BUY SAUSAGE".

(Yes, I know that's not what they're singing, but Internet Memes have made me incapable of functioning as a normal human being.)

@kaz3phyrous: Limitations on my phone's software means that I have to use the piano MIDI version of the song, since larger filesizes tend to freak it out. I'm not entirely sure why.

@Owen S: I've seen it offered before (along with the remastered version from the Lucky Star 13 ending), so at least someone out there may be using it.

Oh come on I think everybody uses that line for the first line of the song, I go around and tell people that when they first here it, then set them straight; though oddly enough they like the incorrect version better xD (though this is about the only ring tone where I will pick it up quite fast)
