Loli inna can.

A rather short summary this time. So short, in fact, that I will be eschewing many of the details, as the full impact of what has happened has yet to truly sink in.

Despite the brevity of the entry, spoilers will be under the cut. Well, the fansubs are already out, but in case someone hasn't seen those yet, I should be considerate.

A rowboat for two.

Takeshi learns the location of Yorito's home, and with it Matsuri's latest refuge. Yorito and Matsuri engage in some generic romantic stuff, which would seem to be lulling us into the proverbial false sense of security, if it weren't for the overhanging cloud of doom that hung over them like the rainclouds which conveniently made a couple of dramatic appearances this episode, as the Damocles of the hunter descended upon them.

After trashing Yorito's house, Takeshi corners Matsuri outisde, in the sunlight, although not without getting hurt in the process (I'm not sure what effects the Touch of Entropy would have on living tissue, but it cannot be good). Yorito makes a timely appearance and shields Matsuri from Takeshi's sword, sustaining what looks like a flesh wound in the process. Takeshi retreats before the sound of Mana approaching (again, conveniently), and Mana is greeted with the sight of a badly-singed Matsuri and a bleeding Yorito. Thus does the episode end.

And as a side plot, now Koyori knows about Matsuri living in Yorito's house. She tells Aono about this, and Aono's expression is telling, and yet puzzling. She is obviously disturbed and shocked, but we do not know why.

The Plot is certainly Progressing now, with some uncomfortable questions likely to be aired in the next episode. It is possible that Mana will be incurious enough to demand answers, instead trusting Yorito to know what's best, but for Aono to do so would be out of established character. There should be some resolution demanded

On the Mayuko front, she appears to have taken up residence (at Takeshi's insistence) at the abandoned church Matsuri was previously in. I'm not sure why this place is abandoned to the point where the municipal authorities seem to be ignoring it, even after the scaffolding around it was destroyed fairly thoroughly during the first fight between Takeshi and Matsuri. Takeshi also seems to be willing to give firm orders to Mayuko, rather than the usual strongly-worded suggestions.

Also, we get some glimpses into Takeshi's past, mainly involving girls and blood. I realize that I am making it sound far less dramatic than it actually is.

The worst is not over yet.
